Habits or Hacks?
Many times we are tempted to plop down our money in hopes of making quicker and better progress. But it can be hard to know what is really necessary or even helpful. Many times we are left with the feeling that fitness is too expensive. In today’s episode with my colleague, Alicia Cross we talk about fitness gadgets, procedures and other hacks that are widely marketed as fitness solutions. I’m a procrastinator I always look for excuses but I will admit I feel great after a workout. I just need motivation to start.
I remember when we used to have a personal trainer, and he would tell us to concentrate on moving our bodies instead of spending money on gadgets, LOL
