Understanding our social nature as humans is vital to our sanity. If you think this sounds extreme, you may want to rethink the role of your tribes ~ aka communities.

Whether they are familial, social, work-related, or hobby-related…the fact is that we need to be active in our communities to thrive.

And sister, the older we get, the more we can appreciate a few good communities in our lives.
