You gotta know when to hold ’em and know when to fold ’em.   Imagine being determined, disciplined, dedicated, and having the desire to stick with a healthy behavior only to find that it’s actually not the right behavior for you. The fact is that not all ‘healthy behaviors’ are healthy for every person. Knowing when to quit, like in a poker game, is just as important as knowing when to stick it out. The key to figuring this out is much simpler than trying to make a living playing poker.

Our guest, pharmacist Lisa King, shares her frightful experience of sticking to a few  “healthy” habits that actually hindered her health.
