A lot of people joke that if they waited to be ready to make a change, they would never do anything. But that is not true when it comes to weight loss. Readiness is often overlooked when we are making a life change, like a weight loss journey. People often fail at weight loss and more specifically healthy living because they don’t give enough thought to being ready for the necessary lifestyle changes. Taking on new behaviors is a huge commitment, and you must be ready to believe that it’s possible for you to succeed and that it is necessary for your progress.
