“There is an app for that” How many apps have you downloaded and never used? Over the last dozen years, I have tested literally dozens of apps to optimize a healthy lifestyle. The fact is that the more complicated we make fitness habits the less likely we are to stick with them long-term. Most of the apps I tested, just didn’t cut it for helping to maintain consistency with simplicity.
