  1. Thanks for sharing! I always say-foods in moderation and when I think about eating more frequently all I think about is food, so three meals a day is best for me, but everyone is different! Thanks again!

  2. Great busted myths!
    I am so happy to know that small meals don’t keep our metabolism high.
    Balance diet on small plates is what I’m doing.

    So many of the fitness myths I already knew.

    I loved this podcast!
