Intermittent fasting is enjoying a popular weight loss/fat loss diet approach. But the fact of the matter is that Intermittent fasting does not affect men and women equally. Seems unfair, I know.
That first meal after breaking the fast is very very important. Planning ahead for the meal after the fast can make all the difference in keeping within a calorie deficit, which is always the goal of fat loss.
